YOU CAN’T GO AROUND, YOU NEED TO TO THROUGH

As we journey through life, somethimes we just do not want to deal with THAT… we do what ever is in our power to stay away from the unwanted and that fear we feel. Though through all the thoughts that have created our fear, the what if will stand in the way.

As we hold ourselvs back, we are pretty much creating more of a problem than just going through what we need to do.

SO:

• Think of what the worst scenaro would be, and then gather your thoughts and see how bad would the worst experience be.

• Now think about what the best experience could be, and how just facing your fears and getting through this will be a blessing.

• Our brains are always on the fight or flight direction, and what we need to do is put ourselves into thee problem solving mode

• So be the thinker that sees that bright light at the end of the tunnel and go through what you are pondering.
