The reason I chose this picture is to provoke a thought for you, the thought that as women we can be very strong, especially if you learn to release that power within you. To take your day today and take a strong stance and be grounded and start feeling that energy. Have thoughts of all you would love to do in your life, and really understand that all that you want is possible.

We don’t need the cape and suit with a large “S” on it to feel the power this generates, we just need that thought that I can be strong. Becoming strong and going towards our dream is a super women.

It is how we feel inside, as most of us have heard “thoughts become things”so watch what you are thiking as you will draw that thought towards you. So really think what will be good for you and what you would love to have in your life.

Things that so many of us have on a daily basis

• Anxiety… because of our thoughts
• Overwhelm… because of what we are thinking
• Stress…because all of those thoughts start breaking us down
• Depression…these thoughts are taking over every minute
• Worry…thoughts that haven’t even happened yet

Now take those thoughts and start making Super Women ideas

• Dreams…bercause if you can dream it, it can be a reality
• Forgiveness…because the forgiving is for you, it will open you up
• Generosity… because giving to others what you can, you will have less negative thoughts
• Joy…because without negative thoughts it opens up a world full of things you never see
• Love…because the opposite of fear is love
• Happiness…because you now have all of the positive things within you above
